Use of the Site

Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

By accessing or using the55club.org (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law. If you register an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify 55 Club immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach. 55 Club shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

Intellectual Property

Ownership and Trade Marks

The "55 Club" name, logo, and all related marks and slogans are trade marks of 55 Club. Cap on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55 Club, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. In no event shall 55 Club's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the greater of INR 500 or the amount you paid to 55 Club in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party payment platforms including PhonePe, Google Pay, and BHIM UPI. 55 Club does not control these external services and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or terms of use.
